SCOUTING & DEVELOPMENT
The foundation gives talented players, scouted at school activities, the opportunity to further develop under its care. They receive extra training in the evenings from Dutch coaches, who are often active at the foundation on a voluntary basis.
THE SCHOOL PROGRAM
For the very talented players, Maluku United, in collaboration with the SSBB foundation and the local government, will give the opportunity to get elite football training in combination with a scholarship at the University of Sports & Sport Development.

At the moment the foundation uses the facilities of primary schools and the University of Ambon. With the expected growth of the foundation and the growth of the number of participants it's likely that the current locations will no longer be sufficient.

The funds from the second phase will be spent on the purchase of 4 hectares of land.
